9 Free Weekend Activities

What are you doing this weekend to stay frugal? I will be attending a free outdoor event that involves karaoke and lots of kids. Here are some good ideas to stay frugal this weekend:

1. Visit a local park

2. Enjoy an free outdoor concert

3. Go to the pool

4. Visit with friends and/or family

5. Go to the beach

6. Walk to the local arts and crafts fair

7. Stay in and enjoy movies

8. Do a very thorough cleaning of your home, afterall it is spring cleaning time

9. Start or finish a home project with materials you already have around the house

Whatever you may be doing this weekend, try your best to avoid the biggest budget breakers. These places include fast food restaurants and shopping areas.
